I'm Teena ….. a British West African woman in my mid-thirties, with a slim, feminine frame and a naturally unhurried way of moving through the world. I grew up between cultures, and I think that shows in how I connect with people.

I'm equally comfortable in a quiet restaurant booth or a hotel bar, at a gallery opening or a lazy Sunday afternoon with nowhere to be. I adapt without pretending….what you get is always genuinely me.

Conversation is something I take seriously. I'm curious about people.…what drives them, what they think about at 2am. Whether we're sharing dinner, a private evening in, or time away together, I bring the same energy: present, warm, and completely at ease.

I keep a small, considered diary. I'm selective, not to be difficult, but because the quality of connection genuinely matters to me.
